I have had the pleasure of knowing this family since 1991- thanks to a random lottery dorm room assignment 3 of these 5 boys belong to one of my college “roomies” and the other 2 are her younger sister’s. 5 boys all 4 and under. What fun the holidays are for them!

Seriously one of the sweetest kids I’ve ever known…he’s the nicest big brother and SO patient and loving…

Okay- I know it’s not nice…but this one makes me LAUGH!! It’s very much the face I got for most of the photosession and just screams “Hi I’m TWO”

I. Want. To. Squoooooooosh. Him. Hard to believe that a mere 5months ago THIS was him!

Happy Mr. A- isn’t his smile sooooo adorable!!! He has grown SO much SO fast!! THIS was him in July!

and his big brother- who is such a hoot! Mr. Personality!

 

This cutie-pie was seen here only a few months ago- for her 3 month baby photos. Isn’t she a doll?? And I will admit I love her doggie- he shows me more love than my own dog!

Her daddy sure knows  how to make her laugh!

When this mom-to-be contacted me for a photoshoot for her hubby as a surprise for his birthday- I thought it was one of the sweetest ideas! He’s sure to love them. Isn’t she just a beautiful expectant mom?

Sweet Baby *T* is 6wks old and was so perky, alert and content! She like most 6wk olds loved to stretch out and kick her strong little legs Doesn’t she have beautiful eyes?! And those cheeks…..too cute!!

I had the pleasure of photographing this little man a few months back for his 6m photos- and what a superstar he was! Well Mr. F had to show off and be even MORE photogenic this time! It’s amazing how much he’s changed in 3months- click here to see him at 6m!

Little Man *F* has the MOST amazing blue eyes!! 6months old and just as cute as a button We were suppose to have the session the evening before, but were rained out…well it ended up being a blessing as the weather the next morning was BEAUTIFUL and this little guy was easy-peasy to photograph as he was happy as a little clam

Okay…. I’ll admit it. I love toddlers. I just LOVE them!

Not because they are easy to photograph- actually as any parent knows, it’s the opposite- as they are the hardest of all the ages to capture for photos, as they are just too busy exploring to be bothered with photography!

Photographying toddlers is like being a paparazzi- you chase them around shooting like crazy and hope you’ll get some great shots. But for me, there’s just something about a 1-2yr old that just makes me giggle. Their joy and curiousity about the world is just contagious! 

Now if only they were easier to photograph….but then they just wouldn’t be toddlers would they

Okay- onto the sneak peek. The *E* family is lucky enough to have TWO toddlers to fill their lives with craziness! Meet *Z* and *J*- we met up on my old stomping grounds- the U of MN Twin Cities campus. It was so much fun and SUCH a great place for photos!

First up- *Z*- he was a little wary of me at first- but once he ran up and hugged me I knew I was good to go! I love this- it’s SO “I’m almost 2!”

And his older brother *J*- doesn’t he have the BEST smile!
