Cilantro Lime Butter

INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter- room temperature softened
1/4 cup chopped cilantro, packed
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon salt

Mix together butter, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl or stand mixer (my preferred way)
Serve as is or save for later.
If you save the butter for later, wrap it up in plastic wrap in the shape of a log and refrigerate until stiff. To use, just unwrap and slice from the butter log.
We love it on steak, chicken, pork….also great on corn-on-the-cob, black beans or cooked rice.
